Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an exchange is exceptionally approved, it will be handled at our sole discretion, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.





Refunds
